Nail Polish?

I've heard about nail polish pens before....anyone know how to use them or where to buy them?

yeah they are available in shops where the nail polish is.. it is a designing tool that is used when u put nail polish and then want to do some kind of nail art on it.. the nail polish is to thick so nail art comes with fin pens that u can put on ur fingers.. :) also if u go to a salloon i am sure that with a manicure u can get them done.. :) to apply them just squeeze and draw basically on the nail the design that u want..:)Nail Polish?

They dont work. Dont waste your money. The tip of the pen always busts or the paint gets cloged in there.
sorry but ive never heard of nail polish pens all i have heard of were the french tip pens its a pencil and you use the pencil to draw the tip on the nail but thats all i have heard of
