Why is wudu valid while wearing leather socks and not valid while wearing nail polish?

No fatwas please just your opinion, thanks. Why is wudu valid while wearing leather socks and not valid while wearing nail polish?
The only logical conclusion, either both will invalid wudu or both are allowed. Why is wudu valid while wearing leather socks and not valid while wearing nail polish?
Leather socks are put on after Wudu is performed and no dirt etc has touched the foot so in those circumstances its permissible to wipe over as they have not been sullied in any way. They are also to keep warm and permission from Allah has been given to make life easy. Nail varnish is different firstly it contains chemicals and their is no real purpose for it. The water does not touch the nail and is only usually worn when menstruating and has to be removed to perform Ghusl at the end of that period. To still be wearing he nail polish means water has not touched your nail ergo not clean.
This is all made up by the stone-age scholars and displays a misogynistic approach towards women. They will say the same thing about any kind of make-up and trimming of eyebrows. These people are just plain nuts and less tolerant than the cave men.

This extreme type of conduct is precisely why Muslims are becoming less inclined to be followers of sharia rules. The Taliban of course would welcome this sort of interpretation. The last thing that God is concerned about is whether someone has nail polish on when they are bowing down to Him. Sincerity towards your prayer is all that matters. Rituals can go to hell.
wudu is not vailid while wearing leather socks unless your outside or something you have to take them off to make your wudu valid. Nail polish is also not valid because the nail polish covers your nails from a correct wudu.

Follow up from my Question, You should have already taken your wudhu before you put the socks on, only then if you break your whudhu while those socks are still on then you wipe over then once. However with Nail polish if you are prayin with it on and did whudhu before you out it on then it is fine.

The water needs to reach the nail while taking whudu.
OMG whenever I asked about the nail polish the answer was because yr nails will not get wet, I went looking for the verse but I got this from Imam Bukhari, there r a few more, now I need to research lol

Volume 1, Book 4, Number 182:

Narrated Al-Mughira bin Shu'ba:

I was in the company of Allah's Apostle on one of the journeys and he went out to answer the call of nature (and after he finished) I poured water and he performed ablution; he washed his face, forearms and passed his wet hand over his head and over the two Khuff, (leather socks).
My opinion........... I am too afraid that my wudhu won't count to do either one. The Quran outwardly says WASH YOUR FEET, I'm to afraid my wudhu won't count and that I am going against Quran.

It only takes two seconds to take your socks off. and10 seconds to wash your feet.

peace
Nail polish is a synthetic substance covering your fingernails. Leather is organic and can easily be cleaned.
