Does anyone know how to remove nail polish from a cotton bedspread?

Use gentle nail polish remover %26amp; pre-treat with a laundry detergent/stain remover. Let it sit for 25-30 minutes %26amp; then launder it as usual. I just did this with a cotton blanket quite succesfully!Does anyone know how to remove nail polish from a cotton bedspread?
Nail Polish on Colored Cotton

Before treating any garment, always first refer to the instructions on the care label.

1) Always make sure you protect colored items by pretesting the effects of stain removal techniques on a hidden area of the garment.

2) Use fingernail polish remover or acetone which can be found at your local drug store.

3) Pretreat using Liquid Tide庐.

4) Wash in warm water with 1 use of Tide庐.

5) Air dry. Repeat the procedure, if necessary.Does anyone know how to remove nail polish from a cotton bedspread?
try nail polish remover, if not paint thinner
Nail polish remover.
I have never tried this before, but I think Martha Stewart might have it on her website. I would put a towel on the side where the polish is and then I would dab the remover on the oposite side, being careful to dab only to prevent it from making a smudge. Now if it is a quilt (with batting) I would dab directly onto the polish with the remover.

I would check out the martha.com website first though she may have a great solution.

Best of luck
