try walmart--shopper drug mart also has thin brushes which are pretty cheap...also try claires they have some and ardene too

Here in the US you can buy them at any drug/health/beauty store. In the US it is places like Walgreens, Ulta, Walmart, Target, etc. I don't know if those are in Canada, but go toa store that has beauty products.
